Today is my Friday and I could not be happier! I don't normally work 5 days in a row as I usually have my two days off scattered throughout the week, so I am really feeling the need for a break! Continuing on the glitter train AND the theme of Canadian brands, I am using two new shades of Prim + Proper I picked up two weeks ago in today's glitter-packed manicure!

I knew I wanted to use these two colours, but I couldn't find a unique way to combine them that I hadn't done before in the last few weeks so that's how this crescent thing emerged! I started off by applying two coats of the naturally matte finish Purple Days & Nights and then two coats of the very opaque glitter The Crown of Crowns. I was going to leave it as is, but I eventually decided to add in a line of black acrylic paint to make the glitter more defined. Once I added top coat, everything became shiny and smooth and we were good to go!
