Over the past week, we headed on over to a brand new cafe at Waterfront, Desa Park City called Baker Next Door. This venue had recently opened a little over a month ago and we were quite interested to pop on by for a visit as we had been keenly keeping an eye on a few new eateries that had been under our radar for 2022.

Now this place had a very minimalistic interior, with lots of natural light pouring in which would be extremely beautiful for any form of photography you might want to take for the cafe. They had an indoor and outdoor setting too and from its presentation, the whole form of the cafe is very aesthetic as well.  The retail for their food along as their artisanal sourdough and pies go between RM10-RM35 which is a good range and we have to say that their desserts together with their Smoke Duck on Grilled Cheese which we tried, was well made and tasted heavenly as well.

Plus this quaint little place began its humble beginnings as a home based business earlier this year, but we are very glad to see that it has moved to its own little cafe in The Waterfront. It is definitely worth the visit, and if you are a fan of coffee as well, this place serves a pretty good collection of it, and has a range of espressos, lattes, mocha and more for selection.

Additionally the desserts here are freshly made so depending on availability, you can also have a pick on what you would like to have. We should also add that the artisanal desserts here are not the typically too sweet kind which we thoroughly enjoyed, so thumbs up for that too.

On overall, Baker Next Door is certainly a worthwhile visit, so if you guys are ever passing by Waterfront at Desa Park City, definitely head on over and check them out.
